We ship from Belgium to selected international destinations.
For orders within the European Union, all prices include VAT and no additional customs duties apply.
For orders outside the European Union, duties and taxes may apply. Where available, these charges are calculated at checkout. If duties and taxes are not collected at checkout, they may be charged by the carrier upon delivery.
All international orders are shipped with tracked delivery. Shipping rates are calculated by destination and shown at checkout.

At this time, we offer shipping to Belgium, selected European countries, Switzerland, Norway, the United Kingdom, the United States, Australia and selected international destinations including Canada, Japan, Singapore, the United Arab Emirates, Hong Kong and South Korea.

RETURNS
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unused, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
PROMOTIONAL ITEMS (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Items sold at discount (sale or with promotional codes) are eligible for exchanges only.

SHIPPING
Please contact administration@souadferiani.com to request return details. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. All approved returns must be sent back to us with a trackable shipping method.
